February 28, 2013 at 11:49 amWhat did you want to know? The scope is a static overlay with transparency that you can make in Photoshop and save as a PNG. The graphics behind it can be moved with Track Motion and keyframing. The actual graphics themselves look 3D so you would need BCC 3D Objects plug-in to do this in Vegas Pro but it can be done. You could do a 2D version of that using 3D Track Motion. There was also a lit of smoke which can be done with ParticleIllusion plug-in or you could use stock media of you can find it.
I realize that talking about these techniques does not help you learn them but teaching you how to do this is beyond a forum post. At least now you have some “keywords” to Google and look for tutorials on each technique. Feel free to ask more questions.

The clue for me was the making of the intro. Fair enough, I charge excellent, and I think, competitive rates.
Always looking for new business.
