  Video Interlacing

  I put together a DVD of some video commercial selects that scale from 0% to about 90% and fade in and out one after another. Also the video is rotated about 20 degrees. When the video plays I see bad interlacing. Looking for some advice on how to solve the problem or why the interlacing is occuring in the first place.
