So I’m wanting to make a video that has the simple video in video, well I want to have two mainly because they are there so it’s a preview for a video that someone can click on once it’s on Youtube and has an annotation.

My problem is once I put the video in sony vegas and then use track motion to make the video on top smaller and out of the way of the main video it messes up the videos and starts having this flickering that makes the footage look like something is wrong. It could be me, but I was wondering if there was a work around. Pan and crop does the same thing, which annoys me because I’m trying to make this video asap.

EDIT: I wanted to add that I do not use my GPU for rendering. It’s set to off in video preferences.

I had this problem some time ago. The fix, for me, is to right click on the event in the time line, and select switches. Within switches, click on (select) both “reduce interface flicker” and “force resample”. That eliminated my flicker.
