Video Fx not showing in preview window
I have placed some effects on a piece of media in the time line. I cannot see the effects in the preview window. I can see them when I render, but that doesn’t allow me to see what it will look like before I render. Is there some setting I have to change to look at the effects before I render?

Yea, make sure that you don’t have the FX bypassed in the preview:
