Video for 7sqm screen?
Hi,
I’ve been asked to produce a video for a 7sqm display, but I’m confused because they require mp4 video with dimensions Width 448 px Height 288 px, which once blown up will look very bad.
These are the specs they’ve sent me

Is this a digital signage thing? One of those electronic billboards?
You can make any aspect ratio file you need in AfterEffects, but how are they playing this out?

It is an LED display billboard. Could you point me in the right direction about making the proper aspect ratio in AE?

Also, why are they asking for Width 448 px Height 288 px as it’ll be tiny?

If it’s one of the LED billboards where one pixel-one bulb, that could explain the relatively low resolution. I think you have to go back to the clients and ask more questions, I know it’s embarrassing, but getting the deliverables wrong and wasting time and money os MORE embarrassing.
