Video Files not playing correctly in Adobe Premiere Pro
Hi guys, this is my first post here and hopefully not my last.
I’m just going to cut to the chase; I’m not a PR pro what’s so ever. I’ve only used it a few times in the past since I bought the CS4 suit but it’s worked flawlessly for me everytime.
However I’ve ran into bit of an issue this time around. Everytime I import a video (the camera she used is an RCA ezc209HD) it plays distorted and without sound. I don’t really know how to explain it so I’ve taken a screenshot with all the info I feel is needed/helpful.

Hopefully someone can come to my aid and to that person there shall be a shrine dedicated in my closet,lol. 😛

Hey Harvy, need a little more info,
What type of file format is this file? and did you capture it yourself with Premiere Pro or was the file given to you by said woman?
Also, does this file play properly in any other media player like Windows Media Player?
Let me know and we’ll go from there;)
