  Video export settings from cs4?

  Hi, I’m looking to export video with is playable across most platforms (pc mac etc), but am struggling to get a decent clear image. I’m currently using cs4 on a pc (unfortunately). I’ve been able to export good quality flv + f4v files for online streaming but can’t get an acceptable picture quality with either avi, quicktime, h.264 or windows media. Can anyone give me advice as to codec, aspect ratio settings etc within cs4?

  Alternatively could there be an issues with my actual video codec? Was recommended to install cccp (combined community codec pack) by the technician I purchased the system from. However am open to other recommendations..
