Video Effect
I am interested in doing an effect where I have a series of video clips ( 4 video clips displayed sequentially throughout the entire motion clip) start for a paused / still shot position at the start for a few seconds and have it play for 3 – 4 seconds and then freeze again…. similar to this effect from ripple training.

Any ideas how to do this?

It’s pretty easy. You can do it all with retiming behaviours.
