Video Display Problem- Vista with Prem CS4
We have this problem on two new Dell 960 PCs running Prem CS4 under Vista with this configuration:
Dell Optiplex 960
Quad Core Q9500 @ 2.66 GHz
4G RAM
32-bit operating system
Display adapter driver date- 8/14/08, Driver Version 7.15.10.1545Video on the timeline does not display in the Program monitor, video in the Source monitor does not display, on one PC double clicking an AVI to play it in the Source monitor crashes CS4. Captured AVI files play fine with Win Media Player.
Has anyone seen this problem? Maybe a video driver issue?

Sounds like this poster has the exact problem;
