  Video cut between frames????

  I just noticed something weird. I have a bunch of b-roll clips that end between two frames, rather than on the frame marker in the timeline. I can drag them onto the frame marker to the right, but not back to the point between the markers. I don’t want them to be between frame markers, I’m just trying to figure out how they got there in the first place. I thought this was not possible.
