  Video Collection > Production Studio upgrade problem

  Anyone have the support number or other Adobe contact they could share? (it’s not in the box)

  I ordered an upgrade from the Video Collection (Standard) to the Production Studio (Premium). I’ve checked my order and both boxes & yep, I ordered the correct upgrade and own the required (and registered) products to upgrade.

  I went to install the software and the upgrade prompt wants me to enter the serial number for After Effects PROFESSIONAL v3 (or later) and Encore v1.0 (or later). Without an AE Pro SN I can’t install my upgrade.

  Am I missing something or was there a Video Collection STANDARD edition that offered AE PROFESSIONAL? I have the Encore SN covered but the Video Collection STANDARD that I own had, well, the Standard version of AE 6.5.

  The box says “UPGRADE Adobe Video Collection Standard to Adobe Production Studio Premium:” WTF?

  Has anyone else had this problem? I was looking forward to using AE 7.0, looks like I’ll have to talk to Adobe tomorrow.
