Activity Forums Adobe Premiere Pro Video Codec problem

    I have a video clip with the following information Premiere Pro says it unsupported file compression. The clip plays fine in media player how can I get this into premiere?
    432 x 320 video size
    1.35:1 aspect ratio
    MPEG Layer-3 Decoder Audio Codec
    Nero Video Decoder Video Codec

    Try converting the file to Windows Media Video or Indeo 5.10 using VirtualDub (free) or any one of dozens of video converting apps. Dont expect much in the way of quality after converting and editing and exporting into yet another format.
