    Video clips shows magenta colour instead of image

    Can anyone help me to correct my clips from being a magenta colour instead of seeing the clip image? I’m using Media 100 8.2.3 i/xr version. The clip images are visible when placedon the timeline….just can’t see the thumbnail images in the bin as they ‘re all magenta coloured.

    This sounds like you have upgraded to QuickTime 7.5.5, which does NOT work with the Media 100 i codec. Most likely you will see some problematic behavior also on your system, although a big part of the decoding of the QuickTimes is done on the hardware. Best would be to downgrade to QuickTime 7.5 again.
