Hi Rez mpeg4 sounds like the best choice, but that will have to be transcoded to another codec for editing, preferably the sama as your project.

Thanks for your response.
For your comment about “…transcoded to another codec for editing, preferably the same as your project….”. I have not nailed that down yet, my general feeling is to be in a format consistent for creating STD DVD’s but making the documentary, at least a trailer, accessible online is an idea.
