Video Card Suggestions for CS3
Hello,
Looking to upgrade to a new 8core Intel Mac Pro from a PPC and was curious about a graphics card that is robust enough to run AE CS3 as well as something like C4D. I intend to start at 10Gbs of RAM, if that helps. Not exactly looking forward to spending $3k on a top of the line card but I accept that you get what you pay for. Just wondering what any of you like in the $1500 range.

I did a double take when I read your signature. KRCG is the CBS affiliate here in Columbia, MO. I work for KMIZ, the ABC affiliate. Had you been from KRCG as opposed to KCRG we would’ve had to have gotten together to make sure beer still worked.
