Please recommend a video editing/Capture card that could capture broadcast quality resolution as well as enhance video editing speed in Premiere and After Effects. Budget is only around $ 1000/- Also is there any card/option that could save hard disk space after capturing high res. videos. Thanks

Adobe list all of the avalible cards. I would start there, then post again if you have specific questions about makers, configration, etc.Good Luck,
