I am not sure what in the universe has changed but I am no longer able to capture video. I just bought a 64 bit Windows 7 Pro system because I lost drivers on my xp machine. The new system does not see my machine using any capturing program.

Do I need to purchase a capture card and if so does anyone have any suggestions on which one would be best.

I am so frustrated about this. I have been trying everything for days now with no luck what so ever.

Any help will be appreciated by me and the thousands of others who are posting this same frustration on the web.

You would think that Adobe, the camera manufacturer or Microsoft would see how important this is and do something to fix the situation. No one wants to take any responsibility for this issue..arrgh!

What is your capture card, brand / model?

Drivers are downloaded from the manufacturer’s website.

Microsoft would be slightly responsible to provide drivers if it is a common and newer card, although you would be much better getting the drivers from the manufacturer instead of Microsoft.

Adobe has nothing to do with drivers.
