  • Video but no audio when exporting to MPEG2

I am currently using Premiere Pro 1.5, and for some reason when I try to export to MPEG2 I am getting Video only with no audio. I using the MPEG2-DVD setting with high quality NTSC DV 4×3. In the transcode summary box I have video and audio both selected. I have tried rendering with and with out the Dolby Digital setting with the same results. No problems noted with rendering the same project to AVI CODEC. I have even imported the rendered MPEG2 back into adobe to see if it has an audio commponent and there is none. I am sure I am missing something obvious but cant seem to figure it out. Any advice?

I solved my own issue. I didnt realize that my media player did not have an AC3 filter and for for some reason Premiere didnt recocnize the AC3 file. It worked fine once I imported it to Encore.
