    Basically, have you ever been watching TV and heard audio buzzing on screens with a lot of red or orange? Or seen bright text go green? Those were not within the legal broadcast range resulting in less than desirable results. Video and graphics need to be within the RGB range of 16 – 235. Granted, you don’t get very white whites, or very black blacks, but those are the standards that we live by in broadcast. There are lots of online articles on this.
