  Video becomes brighter with graphics on top

  When I overlay a photoshop or targa graphic over video in Premiere, video becomes brighter for the duration of the graphic file. (PP 1.51, BM v 5.2.0.1)

  With DV video this does not happen.

  Rendering the timeline does not help, but if I render a new video file and put it on the timeline it is ok.
  Is there a way to avoid this brightness shift?
