video and audio desynched when broadcasting from camera to tv
hey there creative cow community!
so there’s that problem. i’m shooting a lecture using Sony NEX100. it is connected to a switch (Prolink HM440N) via HDMI cable and then to a splitter (Prolink HSP0108AN), also by HDMI. then the signal goes to 3 Tvs (Samsung LED 7000), again by HDMI cable. here i need to note, that since HDMI cables are so expensive, we use HDMI extenders.
so the circuit goes like: camera-(HDMI)-extender-(twisted pair)-extender-(HDMI)-switch-(HDMI)-splitter-(HDMI)-extender-(twisted pair)-extender-(HDMI)-TV.
plus there’s audio. there are 2 AKG mics wirelessly connected to AKG DSR70 receiver which are connected to preamplifier (Behringer ultragain pro mic 2200) by XLR and then to a Behringer Europack mixer, again by XLR, from which the signal goes to the speakers.
it goes like: mic-(2.4 Hz)-receiver-(XLR)-preamplifier-(XLR)-mixer-(XLR)-speakerswhat happens is the image on TVs is slightly unsynched with the sound (which comes first). what can be the reason?
any opinion would be appreciated.
