I have a customer that wants tapes recorded in the US on VHS converted to DVD and PAL for playing in England.

Do I need to do anything other than renderimg the it with the right DVD template? Speaking of that, do I use DVD PAL, DVD PAL Seperte streams, or DVD Architec PAL video stream?

Anything special to do in DVD Architec?

Thanks in advance for any help

    Hi,

Generally, all devices sold in Europe support NTSC as well. So, there will be no problem playing an NTSC DVD in Europe.
    Let this know your client.
Anyway, you can convert your material to PAL easyly.
I’d set up my project properties to PAL 4:3 and put the NTSC media into it.
Then render the project as mpeg2 PAL. The DVDA PAL videostream template will be OK for you.
In DVDA there’s nothing special, except that you have to work with PAL tmeplates. (Single movie or menu based).
