I’m not sure what you are looking for, but if you encode to MPEG1 you should get a crappy enough video to pass as VHS.

What if I would wish to get a VHS look from about 1985-90? LOL, sorry, i just couldn’t resist…
crappy look is one but one could use some plugins to make it look a bit weary. >bcc damaged tv<, >newblue old tv< can give u some impressions of squished tape, add some snow etc. -
Gaussian blur would help with the low resolution look.
