    hello all,

i recently did a few posts about my playback-stuttering problem. thanks to all the replies – but no solution yet…

    System Configuration: Dual 2.7 – 3.5 GB – Radeon 9650 – Decklink Extreme – Sata-Stripeset – Tiger – FC 5
    Newest updates, drivers anything installed.

now something very interesting happended: last night i captured some new clips (uncompressed 10 and 8 bit).
These NEW clips were very quick and played back WITHOUT ANY problem. I thougt that i had found the solution: recapture all the clips – maybe there was some problem on the first capture because of the older decklink-drivers….
but TODAY these new clips are slow and stuttering like all the other footage!???? hmm, what’s this?
If i capture something new just now then it will be ok – but til when???

Also strange: i imported a quicktime with animation-codec and alpha. i put it in the timeline above another clip and rendered it. the result was also quick and playable. it WAS. today this rendered part is stuttering.

Has anyone else in here ever had – or still having – the same issues?

    Thanks

    Alex
