Vertical transition?
I really need a very simple transition which doesn’t seem to exit in Premiere or I’m missing something? I need a Vertical Role Effect/Transition. The FCP answer is fairly simple: use the push/slide with an angle at 0. But in Premiere there is no way to set the angle so the transition is always horizontal: push or slide from left to right or reverse while I need from up to down or north to south and reverse. Anybody can help? If it’s a plug-in please let me know where to find it.

Use the Push transition and select the triangle at the top or bottom of the A/B window in the Effects Panel to choose which direction you want.
