    Hi All,

Really basic question here that so far I’ve not managed to find an answer for. Is it possible to lock vertical movement of clips in the timeline?

I know that you can lock horizontal by holding shift when dragging, I know that you can use alt and the arrow keys to move clips up and down and I know that you can use snapping etc, however just to be difficult I was wondering if there was a key I can use when dragging up and down between tracks in order to lock side to side movement to keep sync (like shift would do in FCP).

Thanks for the help again folks and apologies if there is an answer to this I should’ve found already!
