Vegasaur licensing for additional workstations
I recently purchased vegasaur and would like to use it on my desktop and laptop. Do I need to purchase again for my laptop or does my license cover both?

You can use it on both.
This is what is written about Vegasaur license agreememt:
When purchasing an item, you are simultaneously buying a license for
usage of that item. This license gives you different rights of using the item in different ways. The term “Software” used below refers to any commercial product, provided to you by Vegasaur.comA single-user license allows you to create a single installation of the Software possibly used by one or more persons, or create multiple installations of the Software used exclusively by a single person. Any combination of these options, or installing the Software on a network server, is not permitted. This license is best for individual users.
A multi-user license allows you to create any number of installations of the Software, provided that the number of people that have physical or electronic access to those installations is equal to or less than the number of users the license is valid for. At any given time, the number of people who could possibly use the Product concurrently must be equal to or less than the number of users the license is valid for. If the number of possible concurrent users grows, you must promptly buy additional licenses.
