February 7, 2013 at 1:28 amIs there any chance of putting up a small clip on a site such as Dropbox so that we can see if it plays on our computer?
If you don’t have Dropbox, use the following link and wee both get an extra 500 MB. of space.

February 7, 2013 at 1:44 amMike, if you can get audio and video of this clip to play on Vegas, you have literally saved me a week or more or work! I threw it up on my ftp.

February 7, 2013 at 2:44 amJoel, the bad news is that I couldn’t get Vegas to open it either 🙁
The good news is that I was able to use Handbrake (it’s free and a great utility) to save it out as an mp4 file that Vegas said “hey, I can play that file!!”.
https://handbrake.fr/If you’ve never used it before, here’s an excellent tutorial to get you started.
Good luck with it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWMX5lSvEgY&feature
