    Hi all,
I just purchased a blue ray burner, I admit I am a blue ray virgin and do not know a thing about burning content to blue ray,
I use M2TS format for my work around in vegas and the results are outstanding, I do combine 3d graphics with 2d graphics + video footage to compose elements of my videos…,
I know my work around as I have been in the industry of graphics for the past 20 years…. however blue ray technology is very new to me as I never had the need to go that much farther…..
My question is what is the most solid software to burn to blue ray,
the format I wanna stick with is M2TS without loss of quality…,
what is the process to prep files for blue ray burn,
do I have to reconvert the file to a different format ?? is the burning software gonna do that for me automatically without the loss of quality?

I am very qurious as what the process looks like from professional level as I would like to adapt and be upto date with digital processing.
any help would be much appreciated.
    thanks.

    Andrew

DVD Architect that comes with Vegas is very stable and does a good job of creating and burning bluray. You can be very creative with this program and it is stable. If you want to get really deep into it, Sony offers higher end programs but they are not cheap. Adobe has Encore which gives you more options but you have to purchase Premiere to get Encore.
