Vegas Pro Titler alwys includes “Enter Text”
I am using Vegas Pro 11 and NewBlueFX Titler on my first Vegas project. I create a title using the Video Media Generator – NewBlue Titler Pro – OpenFX (Default) setting. Every title I make includes the words “Enter Text” in bold letters when I render. This occurs even when I delete all the text paragraphs in the Video Media Generator! How do I get rid of the words “Enter Text”?

Are you changing the text? Just add the media generator and the Titler GUI will open. Then select and change the text, CLOSE the Titler GUI, and the text will be changed. If you don’t close the GUI, the text will not properly update.

Yes, I change the text, then click File, then Exit and the words “Enter Text” still appear in the middle of the title window in addition the to text I added.
I think there is something strange happening on my computer. Those same words “Enter Text” appear in every title regardless if I use NewBlue Titler Pro, ProType Titler, Titles&Text, or (Legacy) Text.
I don’t know what to try next.
