Not if your timeline is set to “drop frame”. Remember the timeline is usually at 29.97 frames per second so there aren’t exactly 30 frames per second and some frames are “dropped”.
Right-click the timecode above the track headers and choose “Time Format”. What do you have selected there? I’m guessing it will be “SMPTE Drop (29.97 fps, Video)”. Change it to something else and you’ll see different results – such as “Time and Frames”
