I have absolutely no clue what you are asking for help on. We don’t all have 4K monitors to see what you are doing – All I see is a bunch of blurry windows opening, closing, cursor moving about, random clicks on menu items every half-second.

If there is a question in that, I certainly missed it.

What kind of audio is in your video files? I would use MediaInfo to check. Perhaps it’s a format that Vegas Pro doesn’t support. You should use PCM audio. I’m guessing it might be MP3 in an AVI wrapper.

For your Video FX problem, try resetting your windows layout under View | Windows Layouts | Default Layout (or something like that… i’m doing jot from memory). If that doesn’t work, reset all of Vegas Pro by holding down Ctrl+Shift while you start Vegas and reply Yes to reset all settings.

i really can’t understand what you are saying because i think everything is clear in the video, my sound track doesn’t get in vegas pro 12, the video have sounds itself but the sound track is not in vegas pro 12 for some reason, and when i do any effects to my video i can’t edit it, when i press “Media FX” or “Pan & Crop” nothing happens like i clicked nothing :/
