Is there anywhere I can still download the 9.0d version? 9.0e is not working well for me. It’s dropping audio after I hit stop on the record on a regular basis. I can be recording three mics and I’ll see the wave form drawing during the take but as soon as I hit stop one of them may disappear. It’s very random on inputs and frequency. Very strange but I can’t afford to lose takes with a client in the room. We use Vegas for audio and 9.0d was working fine. I have a 9.0c installer but can’t find d. Thanks!

Thank you! I’d been to this page before but couldn’t seem to find it now. We’ve been using Vegas since version 5. Any ideas when we’ll see 9.0f? (or 10)

All I can say in Vegas Pro 10 better have some serious improvements or it’s gonna loose customers to Premiere. I have used Vegas since before it was Vegas (can’t remember the name) and Sony Products from since they were Sonic Foundry…this has been the worst release I have seen in any of the product line…more glitches and issues than ever for me….so I HOPE they are pulling out all the stops….we shall see!!

I agree. It seems like the more features they add the less stable a responsive the program becomes. I’m embarassed to hit the playback with clients in the room because I never know what the performance will be from day to day. An a note to Sony – Utilize the freakin killer video cards that are out today. Using the CPU for video playback is just stupid in today’s environment.

I can’t help but agree with this. I’ve used Vegas since 4.0 and while I do love the interface, Premiere is hardly the glitchy mess it once was. A FCP editor here has decided to have me build him a PC for home and he’s switching to Premiere. With a little effort I could easily convert our entire office to PC, but then is it really worth it for me to be the only one using Vegas? I hope Sony really invests in version 10.

Versions 9d and e wont work all that well for me.. I reinstalled 9c instead.
When 9f comes out, with all the bugs fixed in these two ^&*(*^$@$%^ versions, then I will upgrade..
