Vegas pro 14 render not smooth as original video T^T

I already set priority of vegas14.exe to realtime
I thought it is not playback problem because I use aftereffect cs6 render same footage by selected Export>H264>render and the result same as original footage everything but quality. (have no stutter)
My rig
ntel core i7 6820HK
Ram: 32gb DDR4
GPU: Nvidia GTX 980m x2 SLI
SSD :MTS 820 Raid 0
Windows 7 Sp1 Pro 64 bits
Have no antivirus software☺️File extension MP4 > MP4
Footage record with shadowplay

Not sure if this will help, but I get smoother results with Interpolate instead of Blend fields.
