I thought it was an upgrade.
So all the emails I keep getting about a cheaper price, they are a totally standalone new product? I was under the impression my svp13 would stop working.
Worth it if I have the option of both.

All the Sony Vegas pro and Magix Vegas Pro is standalone apps !

I got Sony Vegas Pro 13, build 453 and Magix Vegas Pro 14, build 201 install on my computer !

Amanda, as others have already posted, Vegas is a standalone program so no issues with having multiple versions installed. I have Pro 12, 13 and 14 on my computer with no problems at all 🙂

On top of V12-13 and 14, I still have Version 3 that I run out of nostalgia once in a while.

Mostly working with V13. I find that there are still to many random little glitches. Really don’t like the monochrome black icons, it slows the workflow. Will wait for V14 updates. I do use it sometimes for some of the new features, render the sequence and use it in V13.
