  Vegas Pro 11 Rendering Problem

  Im having issues rendering a video in sony vegas 11. When i render it its pixelated which shouldnt happen with a VBR of 8,000,000 to 12,000,000. I used the same settings in vegas 10 and rendered videos were perfect. Vegas 11 not so much. I also sometimes get weird flashes or frames from the end of the video at the start but i think that was an issue with all of the presets i got offline.

  Pentium Dual Core E5400 Stable 24/7 OC’d to 3.89 GHz
  Nvidia GTS 450, Made by EVGA
  RAM: 8GB Corsair XMS3
  Western Digital 1.5 TB Black edition HDD
  MSI P43-C51 Motherboard
  630W PSU
  21.5 Acer LCD mointor connected with DVI
  Nvidia Driver Version: 285.62
