    I wasn’t recomennding this, just trying to do some troubleshooting.
    I wonder if using Handbrake (it’s a free app) to re-encode the video would help.

    Will I lose video quality with handbrake? Also, where can I get the codecs, even though it’s probably not the codecs (part of the video works). By the way, have you ever heard of anything like this happening before?

    Yeah, re-encoding is not going to work. It takes way too long

    This is the exact problem that I am having. Any resolution for this at all? The YouTube video describes it perfectly and shows the green tiles in the timeline that say media offline.
