I wonder if using Handbrake (it’s a free app) to re-encode the video would help. -

December 1, 2013 at 4:50 pmThis is the exact problem that I am having. Any resolution for this at all? The YouTube video describes it perfectly and shows the green tiles in the timeline that say media offline.
