Vegas Movie Studio 9.0 projects not opening in Vegas 8
Hello,
I’ve just purchased a Vegas Movie Studio 9.0 software.
When i record my .VF project and then i want to open it in
Veagas Pro 8, it does not work.
It seems that Vegas 8 only opens .VEG projects.
It there any way to make Vegas 8 open .VF projects?
Would Vegas Pro 9 open .VF projects?Thank you!

I have never owned any of the consumer versions of Vegas, but I do know the pro version can open the files produced by the consumer version. However, I think what has you is that you are creating them in 9 and expecting pro 8 to open them. I would dare say pro 8 could open any of the previous versions of the consumer software but not any higher.
You should be able to download the free trial of Vegas Pro 9 and open the files you have without issue.
