I believe the first two versions of Vegas were audio only,,, Anybody remember that? I might wrong. ((I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.)) LOL

Yea, I remember and it was just the first version of Vegas Pro 1.0 that was audio only. After that the “Pro” designation was dropped from the name and there was Vegas Audio 2.0 and Vegas Video 2.0 so you bought either the audio version or the video version. They weren’t combined into one version until Vegas 4.0 before Sony bought the software from Sonic Foundry. The “Pro” designation wasn’t added back until Vegas Pro 8.0. (OMG I feel the the Vegas historian. LOL)
