Vegas Effect
Can I apply the vegas effect to a logo that is a photoshop layer? I’ve used this effect before but only with masks. Is it possible to use it on just the layer from photoshop with no mask?

Absolutely. Be sure to keep an eye on the settings: Render…Render Contour…and Short Segments Have. They’ll save you a lot of grief.
