    Vegas Crshed again. But this time when i restarted it did not ask me to auto-restore the last saved version. where is that file? I lost everything..

    Found it.. C:\Users\Wadro\AppData\Local\Sony\Vegas Pro\8.0

    I did a search and they did not appear, wierd..

    Thanks and sorry to answer my own question..

    Look in the folder where your veg file was originally saved.
    You should see a file that has a veg.bak extension.
    Rename this file (dropping the .bak and giving it a new name), load it and see if this was what you were looking for.
