I have tried disabling my video card and running as administrator, but I cannot get anything besides the Problem Report.

The latest build is 428. Try updating and see if that cleans things out and gets you going again. If not, I would completely uninstall and re-install. It’s really hard to say what might be going on. You might and to contact Sony.

Try starting Vegas while holding the Ctrl+Shift keys down. That will reset Vegas to default preferences. Also answer yes to the option to delete saved data.
