Vegas 9 pro and Boris/Prodad?

Now that the Sony parent company has decided to take Vegas Pro seriously and bring it into the main corporation, I wonder how hard it would be for them just to incorporate all of the functionality of RED or preferably BLUE right into the NLE. Has anyone else made a product suggestion like this?

Unfortunately Norman, all that functionality cannot
be incorporated into Vegas easily….the best one good
hope for is that there will be plugins that integrates
seemlessly in all the flavours of Vegas that covers
those functionalities….and they are on the way.
