I created a new project, dropped an .m2t clip on the timeline, synchronized the audio track that I had recorded from another source and then saved the project. I would like to nest this .veg file in another larger project but when I drop the .veg file onto the new timeline the audio is all messed up. First of all it isn’t in sync and second, there is only about 2 minutes of audio and then nothing. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    J.

Known Bug. SONY is fixing it. Here’s the “workaround”:

The work-around is: In the main (parent) instance of Vegas, create a time selection and start a render, but uncheck “Render loop region only”. You can cancel the render. Now when you edit the nested projects, the audio proxy will render fully.

    See if this helps/assists you?

My workaround was to close and reopen the MAIN Project and save the Nests several times.

    Grazie
