  vegas 8.1 pro lock up

  I could use some help, When Vegas pro 8.1 scans for cd it locks up. My dvd burner and Blu ray burner work fine with other programs but not with vegas, Have the same problems with dvd archetec pro 5 and cd arch. but all other burn programs work great

  I am using a 64 bit vista on a quad core amd with 6gb ram and a 1gb geforce 9500
