No, because it can’t be done. This is the most annoying behavior and we’ve asked for it to be changed but it never does. Please voice your request on the Sony Product Suggestion page.

Sony does look at that Product Suggestion database when they are deciding what goes into a new release so if we could get more people to add that they really need to be able to see more than one plug-in at once, it may bump the priority closer to the top. This is a huge drawback for me because Vegas doesn’t have a Loudness meter so I have to use T-Racks Meter Bride as a plug-in but then I can’t adjust the compressor settings and watch the loudness meter at the same time so it becomes tedious game of switching back and forth between Track FX and Bus FX windows which is really annoying. 🙁
