Vegas 8 and 7D blurry footage
Ok, I’m importing .Mov files straight from the camera into Vegas 8. 1080 24p. The footage looks blown out and not as sharp. When I play the .mov clip in windows media player it looks a lot better. It actually looks a lot better in Premiere as well. I’m not sure why this is. Can anyone help me? I am converting it to 720 once in Vegas if that matters. Thanks.

When you view the clip in Vegas it has different quality settings, however I see the best results when I render the clip out, the viewer then gives a full representation of the clip and it is always sharper and better quality.
