Vegas 7.0c Horizontal scroll bar missing. replaced by a Black bar
The horizontal scroll bar is not there along with its + & – buttons for expanding the entire file. All that is viewable is a black bar with the ability to zoom in or out at either end. Is there something I changed in preferences that has caused this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dennis
