  Vegas 7 Skype Use and Sound Effects

  I had a few more questions about Sony Vegas 7.

  1. Is there a way to use it to record off of a Skype phone conversation? We use Skype for our podcast.

  2. Is there any easy way to add sound effects (like using soundboards) to a Sony Vegas 7 file? I use separate tracks for adding songs to the podcast, but would separate tracks be needed for sound effects, or do these go on already used tracks?
