vegas 7 and excalibur 5
will excalibur work for vegas 7? because i just installed vegas and the buttons at the top for excalibur aren’t there.

prob have to add the buttons manually – usually is the case with a new install

The current version of Excalibur (5.0.6) will auto detect Vegas 7 when installing. So after Vegas 7 is installed, you need to run the current installation program. If you have other versions of Vegas installed, they will be detected as well so all versions will be updated to the most current version.
Once installed, you have to MANUALLY add the buttons to the toolbar. Scripts/installation programs cannot do that for you.

Excalibur 5.5 has just been released. This version resolves all remaining known issues with Vegas 7, is faster to load, and is more stable. This version will work with Vegas 6.0b or newer. Look here for more information on the new version. it is a FREE update to any Excalibur 5.x user.
